A. We ship from our partnered warehouses in the United States. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than clothing items) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It usually takes 5-7 business days for all orders to arrive in the US. Shipping times to Canada, UK, and Australia are roughly 10 business days. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take about 2 business days.

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We have an office in California: United States; Supply warehouses in: USA; High-Quality vendor contacts in: America, China, Bangladesh, United Kingdom and Germany.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes orders in USD, AUD, CAD and GBP based on the currency with which you added products to your cart. If you complete your checkout via PayPal, then you will automatically checkout using USD currency converted at the latest exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it ultimately depends on where you're located and if you order more than 1 piece.
